Laboratory
Measuring & analysing
Good air quality in the workplace is not a given. Enter Arizo. Our mission is Breathtaking air quality for everyone. We are leaders in measuring gases and vapours, and our laboratory is an essential link in this process.
Own laboratory
Arizo boasts a laboratory with the most modern analysis methods such as TD-GC/MS en FTIR. We have invested in the TO15+ analysis set up so that we can analyse all VOCs very accurately from a single air sample. Concentrations of formaldehyde, ethylene oxide, benzene, diacetyl, etc. are consequently mapped with just one measurement. So long conventional methods that require 3-4 measurements for the same result.
Unique analysis method for containers: R.A.CH.E.L.
It is vital to measure the gases present quicly and thoroughly before people enter containers. The patented R.A.CH.E.L. method uses a combination of infrared spectroscopy and electrochemical sensors. Our software checks for the presence of more than 400 chemical gasses and calculates their concentration levels, which enables us to obtain reliable safety assessments within 10 minutes according to occupational hygiene standards.

Added value of the Arizo laboratory
- Our laboratory has a strong occupational hygiene focus. Accordingly, in addition to concentration and detection limits, we also provide exposure limits and risk assessments with our analyses.
- Our laboratory is an extra winning asset for gas measurements in containers. Action is taken rapidly when a particular risk is identified, and the container is not blocked. Learn everything about gas measurements in containers here.
